One of the major largest rivers of Europe
Rhine is called by many names: Rhein in Germany; Rhine in France and Rijn in Netherlands. The river Rhine, second longest river in central and west Europe begins in the canton of Graubünden in the southeastern Swiss Alps. The river forms part of the Swiss-Liechtenstein, Swiss-Austrian, Swiss-German, and then the Franco-German border.
