Chaumont Panoramic Funicular Railway
There are three funicular railways in Neuchâtel to travel from the lake to the station (Expo 2002), from the Old Town to Le Plan and that of the La Coudre to Chaumont stretch.
Chaumont funicular helps visitors to Climbs 1171 metres in a few minutes. A traditional century-old viewing tower overlooks the three lakes of the country as far as the Alps besides the mountain station.
Chaumont Railway is the perfect ride to see Neuchâtel from above. A complete change of journey in 13 minute ride on the funicular takes visitors up 570 meters. The high ropes park by the mountain station also an additional attraction.

From the Neuchâtel railway station on foot (2 km) or with the trolley-bus (no. 107) from the north exit to the Le Coudre city district, funicular rail to Chaumont
