Chocolate Museum Tour near Zürich

Legendary Swiss chocolatier Lindt & Sprungli has been churning out smooth and delicious confections since 1845. Today, visiting the Lindt & Sprungli Chocolate Shop, just outside of Zurich, is a must for any chocolate lover.

More than 100 million Swiss francs have been invested in the one-of-a-kind Chocolate Competence Center located on the factory premises of Lindt & Sprüngli at Schokoladenplatz 1 in Kilchberg. With the grand opening of the Lindt Home of Chocolate in September 2020, this milestone in Swiss chocolate history became a reality. More than 350,000 chocolate fans from Switzerland and all over the world are expected to visit every year.

How to get there

By public transport: From Zürich city, take a tram to Bürkliplatz, walk over to the bus stop (the bus doesn’t pick up at the tram stop). Then catch bus 165 to Kilchberg ZH, Lindt & Sprüngli bus stop, which is directly in front of the Lindt Chocolate factory. If you are starting at Zürich main train station, you can take the S8 train to Kilchberg train station, then a 900m walk to the factory.

Due to the current situation, the number of visitors to the museum is limited. Please book your ticket online, normal prices and discounts apply. 

You can start your tour of the museum within 30 minutes from the time you have booked. The length of stay in the museum is not limited.
