The world’s first revolving cable car!

Mount Titlis, 3238 meters above sea level, provides breathtaking panoramic views from the Titlis Glacier to the Bernese Oberland’s Jungfrau Massif. Mount Titlis is a welcome destination for skiers during winter, while in summer you can go on various walking trails to explore the range. Visitors can take a bus from Engelberg to the 8-seater Titlis Xpress gondola cable car, and then ascend to the midway station at Stand.

TITLIS Rotair is the world’s first revolving cable car which rotates its way up towards the snow-covered summit of TITLIS. The world’s first revolving cable car takes you from the middle station at Stand up to the summit station at 3,020 metres above sea-level. On the five-minute ride, the cable car rotates 360 degrees, exposing you to idyllic panoramic views of steep rock faces, deep crevasses and distant mountain peaks capped with snow.

If you’re travelling by car, you take the main road to Engelberg where you can park your vehicle at the Valley Station.
