Bachalpsee: Picturesque mountain Lake

Bachalpsee, also known as Bachsee is a wonderful picturesque mountain lake. It is located with an area of 8.06 ha close to the First.  Grindelwald First can be reached with a cable car from this lake region. The lake Bachsee lies exactly above Grindelwald in the Bernese Oberland, Switzerland. 

The place with lake is most popular place in Grindelwald undoubtedly among the bike riders and hikers as well. Hike in Bachalpsee is an easy fun as it is one of the easiest mountain trails in Switzerland. Also it has an amazing rewarded views of Jungfrau.  

The lake, located at an elevation of 2,265 m, is split by a natural dam. The dam is the smaller part of the lake being 6 m lower. If you visit around the Grindelwald, do not miss the heavenly place.
