Graubunden
Graubünden, also Grisons, one of the twenty-six cantons of Switzerland is the combination wild, pristine nature with the most modern culture, from the quiet mountain villages. The canton of “Graubünden”, means as the “Grey Leagues” in German and its capital is Chur.
There are fantastic sightseeing natural places which are actually UNESCO’s world natural heritage sites,

St. Johann monastery in Müstair where the largest early medieval wall painting from the 9th century and also the well-known image of the Romanesque world from the 12th and 13th centuries is contemporarily world-class tourist attractive place. People who are interested in cultural maintenance, art and research will enjoy and gasp the knowledge.
Rhaetian Railway runs through Graubünden which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2008. The Bernina Express, the highest railway lines up from Chur or St. Moritz to Tirano. It connects the languages and culture with a connection by bus to Lugano. It is a wonderful experience to the people who forget their stressful life while enjoying the panoramic views.
The Tectonic Arena Sardona which lies at middle of the three cantons of Graubünden, Glarus and St. Gallen covers the north-eastern part of the country with the mountainous & excellent geological sections. It contains older, deeper rocks carried onto younger, shallower rocks.
During Summer, you can enjoy hiking while enchanting the nature. Also there are mountain biking, Gravel bike, road cycling, Climbing & mountaineering on available 1000 peaks, Water Sports from river rafting to fishing and sightseeing while touring on the Alpine.
More than 40 ski areas with snow-capped peaks & cross-country skiing for skiing-lovers & skating people, sledging fast, leisurely, near the village, on the mountain, Snow-shoeing and winter hiking in Winter season.
